We work with a lot of supermarket for their inhouse brands for a long time, so it is important that we keep our standards high, and ready for 3rd party auditors every day. 

Today, we also got a SGS factory audit unannounced for quality control process.  Normally they would assess from following 3 areas

- documentations thoroughout the production, from raw material QC inspection, to final product check;

- site tour, to make sure all the protocols are adhered to and being followed from panels to production lines

- employees interviews, to make sure all the employees understand the quality check process involved for their role. 

We have passed the factory audit again, and ready for 2022.  We know Covid-19 is adding uncertainty to all parts of our life, however we have to carry on following the protocols,
and making sure that we survive the end of this journey. Covid is no excuse but for us to stay ahead of the industry.
