Being a luggage production company, we are professional producing the luggage. But the outer export cartons are purchasing from our suppliers. In this case, we sometimes encounter some unexpected issue. This time we ran into a problem. The outer cartons provided by the supplier were reversed, the original internal side was turned externally. This will cause problems when the luggage is packaged into the carton, the carton does not have the supporting capacity it should have. When all outer cartons stack up, the weights become heavier, the outer carton can not bear to be squashed. However, in addition to guaranteeing the quality of your products when they arrive to you, a super supplier also guarantees the quality of your packaging. In other words, even the packaging from a super supplier can ensure  your goods without extra damaged. When facing this problem, we did not evade it, or felt that the outer carton was not our responsibility. We scrapped all the damaged cartons, made a new batch of outer cartons that met the specifications, and repacked the ordered luggage, so that all luggage can be well protected and ship to you.
